• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

5. Purchases and Payments

Story credits and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that credits do not expire

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

The KidzTale platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by KidzTale and protected by intellectual property laws. Stories you create are yours to keep, print, and share with family and friends.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Resell or commercially exploit our service without permission
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

9. AI-Generated Content

Our stories and illustrations are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We continuously improve our systems to provide the best experience.

10. Limitation of Liability

KidzTale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms
